2. Intermediate
Mixing
If you just finished beginner Course and have basic experience with beat
matching, then intermediate is the course for you on how to mix smoothly
between all genres of music and gain a better understanding of when and
how to utilize transitions.
- Intermediate mixing techniques
- Record adjustment techniques for tempo changes
- Using volume control and EQs during transitions
- Basic digital DJing
- Mixing various genres and songs that complement each other.
3. Scratching
- Intermediate scratches- stab, chirp, flare, transform, etc.
- Intricate scratch patterns and combinations

Now that you’ve created your set in Spin Dj Academy, you’re ready to polish your mixing skills.
This performance based class will develop your mixing skills through real world situations, group activities, and valuable peer and instructor feedback.
We will teach you to augment your performances with advanced mixing tricks and song transitions, and how to properly utilize features and functions in Digital DJing software
